I take Arjun chaal kshirpak every night. Can I take one capsule of Ashwagandha in the morning with my multivitamin or would there be any side effects?

Avoid either ashwagandha or multivitamin. Because both are immunity booster take one thing.if you take both then you don't get proper result .Or apko ye bhi nai pta chalega k result kiska acha aea.so take one thing .if you are already taking multivitamin then only take multivitamin.and double dose can harm you.

There is no side effect. But just ensure the potency or mg of ashwagandha extract in one capsule and take according to your body weight..
