Regarding lauki juice and Arjun ki chall
Can we drink lauki juice after having Arjun ki chall tea (milk) Or how can use eating garlic , taking Arjun ki chall or lauki juice in our daily life cause all have to be taken empty stomach early morning Can there combination cause negative effects Please explain with you knowledge

Garlic raw,peel and swallow two buds on empty stomach with water.or Boil in milk and chew drink it. Use in foods daily. Ashok chaal ,beat it to smaal pieces,grind coarse in mixer,.make decoction with onetsf powder ,one glass of water,boil,reduce to 1/4 decant and drink in empty stomach once a day. Lauki  remove seeds grate only pulp ,blend on a mixer and drink the juice on empty stomach.

U can take lauki juice at morning in empty stomach, and Arjun tea any time , garlic with food no adverse effects of combination
