If consuming amla juice makes you catch a cold, it may be due to its natural cooling properties. You can balance its effects by mixing it with warming or neutral ingredients. Here are some suggestions: 1. Add Warm Water: Instead of drinking amla juice with plain cold water, dilute it in lukewarm water. 2. Mix with Honey: Honey has warming properties and can help balance the cooling nature of amla juice. 3. Add Ginger: Ginger is naturally warming and boosts immunity. You can add a small amount of fresh ginger juice to your amla juice. 4. Blend with Turmeric: Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and warming. Add a pinch of turmeric powder to your amla juice. 5. Combine with Tulsi (Holy Basil): Tulsi is known for its warming and immune-boosting properties. Add a few fresh tulsi leaves to your juice. 6. Limit the Quantity: Reduce the amount of amla juice you consume daily, starting with smaller portions, and gradually increase to see how your body reacts..
