Yes u can consume ,each 50 ml and totally 150 ml perday.once. Or separately at different timings u can drink 50 ml each.

It will depend on ur prakriti ,if u r kafag prakriti amla can cause cold .its just an example so my advice is to first know ur prakriti n doshas then have
