Market available juice contains preservatives. So better to avoid that. Extraction of fresh juice is not so easy. Hence better to have dry powder or tablets. Or you can prepare decoction.

It totally depends on why you want to take Giloy juice. If it is meant to be taken as a preventive measure for increasing immunity, juice/tablet by any good company can be taken, like Himalaya. But if it is for some active ailment, it's always better to take fresh giloy juice (but only after taking into account, your digestive status) or medicinal formulations containing giloy. So maybe consult a registered Ayurvedic Physician online/offline regarding your health concerns and seek expert opinion.
