High cholestrol and multicystic ovaries
Can Arjun chaal in milk be taken twice a day for high cholestrol. I have total cholestrol - 258 ( should be less than 200 ) and ldl is also high 191 ( should be less than 130) and also take shatavari tablets along with it for PCOS and infertitity?
Will these two react if taken together or is it same to consume

You can take arjun chal in cow milk.but you know right procedure of arjun chal milk how to make I home.if you not know the remedie then take arjun arisht regular. Both have same results.
If you want to concive then first take the treatment for high cholesterol after that you can start treatment for infertility.

Firstly , control your cholestrol level then go for pcos and infertility treatment.
Arjun chaal has a very good result in case of maintaining cholestrol level.
boil 1 cup milk and add 2-3 grams of Arjun chaal, brew this drink and consume it twice a day.
Apart from that, do some dietary modifications and regular exercise to ensure its efficacy.
