According to your height and weight your BMI is coming out as 25 which is perfect. So you need not gain any more weight but you can work on muscle strength. And there are many ayurvedic formulations for muscle gain. Consult for more.

If ur digestion or appetite is good then simply drink milk with ghee or add 20 ml ghee in ur cooked food. Chyawanprash at night, til tail for cooking and yav in diet. Avoid overeating, increase milk and ghee. Exercise is also important for bulkness
yes your weight is ideal as per your height. so no need. but if you are determined then you can increase your weight by taking extra calories in your diet.
Join gym as it will increase your metabolic rate automatically you will start gaining muscles as well as weight
Add more proteins in your diet
