You better take panchkarma therapy Get us proper history first Any past medical history of SOM (any discharge from ear ) Many times chronic supportive otitis media can cause degeneration in ear bones so patient faces loss in hearing capacity and pain If there is no cause behind it you can take Karan pooran and other therapies too followed by oral medicine

There are many reasons for partial hearing loss like damage to ear drum without pain, sinus issue, brain related electrical issue and etc....Treatment is possible only after detailed QA session with otherwise you may get harm also....yes hearing issues are easily curable
Next Steps
consult here with me for pin point diagnosis and treatment
Health Tips
1)If there is no infection in ear and ear drum is also in healthy condition then put only 1 drop of luke warm(this is must and it's temp should not be intolerant) mustard oil in ear before going to bed. Remember not more than 2 drops. 2)Gargling with warm saline water...this will work on swelling if there is any, nerve functioning will enhance. 3) Never overcleanse ear dirt NOTE:- use above tips only in no infection and healthy ear drum case . otherwise consult with me here
