Sentinel pile treatment
Hi I am diagnosed with fissure and sentinel pile. I am suffering from it from past 3 years. I met an ayurvedic surgeon who said that we should remove that tag. Please guide. Should I remove it or should I let it heal just like that. Pain starts again if I eat something spicy.
