I am 51 years Male with good health . No medicial issue except I am having one external pile 2nd grade checked with general surgeon.
I am applying pilex forte ointment since one month for one time in morning after passing stool . I don't have get any issue and the problem seems to be almost resolved but if I stop it then again after 3-4 days I feel irritated / mild pain in anus area during day after passing stool. I had same issue 7 years back also but got resolved in 2-3 months after applying pilorute ointment ( allopathy)
Please advise can I apply Pilex forte ointment for longer duration for one time in morning as I feel completely fine during entire day if I apply it or please advise any additional/ alternate treatment
