You can continue applying Pilex Forte once daily for maintenance. It's safe for long-term use as it reduces inflammation and promotes healing.
Health Tips
Eat a fiber-rich diet (vegetables, fruits, whole grains) to prevent constipation. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy, fried, and heavy foods that may irritate the bowel.

Continue applying Pilex Forte Ointment once daily for relief. Adding Ayurvedic medicines like Arshkalp Vati or Kankayan Vati can provide better internal support. Follow a fiber-rich diet, stay hydrated, and take sitz baths for additional comfort.
Next Steps
It’s important to address the root cause. Advanced Ayurvedic treatments like Kshar Sutra therapy can be considered if required.
Health Tips
