For medicine you need to consult. But first you will have to follow a good vegetarian food. Drink sufficient amount of water. If bleeding is high you will have to take haematogogue foods. Any food item that would generate constipation should be avoided strictly even if it good and vegetarian. This is according to your body nature.
If your body has more heat the treatment would be difficult if you thoroughly don't follow these. Hot environment where you work can also add on the reason. Long driving vehicle is yet any another reason. Family hereditary is a strong factor too.
Medicine for constipation and piles depends on prakriti of the patient, severity and degree of disease.
I'll need complete history with the duration of the disease. After getting the history, we can decide the further management.
