Namastey Your symptoms suggest a mixed digestive imbalance where both Hyperacidity and constipation tendencies are influencing each other. In many people, strong bowel-clearing or heating formulations improve constipation temporarily but aggravate acidity and body heat, while cooling remedies reduce acidity but slow digestion further. This type of fluctuating pattern is commonly associated in Ayurveda with disturbed Agni and a sensitive digestive system rather than a simple isolated acidity problem. The fact that you experienced some relief with Avipattikar Churna and Mulethi suggests that your system may respond better to gentler and more balancing approaches rather than strong heating or strongly purgative medicines. Also, the temporary relief from Omeprazole indicates that acid production is contributing significantly to your morning symptoms. However, since this appears to be a long-standing issue, repeatedly changing medicines on your own may not provide stable long-term relief unless your diet, meal timing, sleep, stress, and bowel pattern are corrected together. Simply adding more medicines—even Ayurvedic ones—without understanding the root digestive pattern can sometimes worsen the cycle
Next Steps
Avoid taking multiple strong formulations together, especially heating medicines if they worsen burning and body heat. Maintain regular meal timings and avoid long gaps between meals, excessive tea/coffee, spicy food, deep-fried items, late-night eating, and overeating at dinner. Warm homemade food in moderate quantity usually suits sensitive digestion better than very heavy or excessively raw foods. Since your symptoms are chronic and partially responding to only selected remedies, you would benefit more from a personalized digestive correction plan rather than random medicine combinations. Health Tips
Wake up early, drink adequate water, avoid sleeping immediately after meals, and include gentle walking after food. Manage stress and maintain proper sleep because anxiety and irregular routine strongly affect acidity and bowel function. Focus on consistency and digestive discipline rather than expecting instant relief from multiple formulations. Long-term improvement usually comes gradually through proper lifestyle correction and balanced treatment. Thank you
