Pain even after fissure healed
So i been dealing with a fissure problem for past 4 months after a surgery. It is now healed(dr confirmed it) but i still have pain. I tried homeo. But that gave me side effects. Any ideas?

1) Apply melted ghee only in anal region properly before going to sleep 2) sitz bath with 5ml dettol in it....sit in hot water for 10 min atleast....Do constriction and relaxation of anal muscles while sitting in water

Do sitz bath twice daily.. Avoid spicy and oily food.. Watch for constipation.. Use airtube to sit. Start proper ayurvedic medicine.. To get rid of this problem permanently without any side effects . To live a healthy lifestyle
