One side of my anus has swollen since one month.

:-Do not toch that part again and again.
:- take sitz bath two times in a day
:- start antibiotics and pain killer: -
Ciorifloxacin 250 mg BD - after breakfast and dinner.
Finack plus ( diclofinace sodium salt) :- 500 mg BD
After breakfast and dinner.
:- do not eat rice,maize roti,milk ,curd.

It's great no other major thing is disturbing u.
How long u want to suffer as this may lead chronic constipation or stomach upset is source of everything. In India so many dr available just spare time get locally examination done with surgeon or ayurvedic Ksharsutra expert surely it will help to sort out.

Is ur swelling hard? Painful?...any pimple or boil on that side of hip or area? It can anything like abcess or hidden sinus beneath..underdeveloped ca or piles or fibrosis and so on....
Basically it's not possible to diagnose anything without physical examination or atleast pic of that part.
It's better u consult any ayurvedic surgeon only because ano rectal cases are best treated in ayurveda and not allopathy
