HBA1C and t4
My HBA1C was 6.6 with average of 143 in March 22. In October 22 HBA1C reduce to 6.2 with 134 average. Now in recent report again it comes to 6.6 with 143 average. Is it possible to reduce HBA1C to normal range of 5. T4 level is also on border level

Need more details like t3,t4 and tsh ie complete test of thyroid... If your avg hba1c is fluctuating without any medicine then it might be due to diet you had in that week..like if it was more sweet then naturally hba1c will increase... Concern is when you start seeing any discomfort in body like excess sweating and all.. T4 hormone also plays vital role in metabolism...so this increase in hba1c might be due to t4 also...so there are many possibilities. Basically my point is, i need full detail of you for understanding exact pathophysiology of your body...after that we can start medication if needed.

Do regular exercises.. Avoid sugar, rice and potatoes. Start proper ayurvedic medicine..
