Hba1c and vitamin d
I am helathy person not having any medical condition in a recent blood checkup my hba1c is 6 and FBS is 92 and vitamin d is 14.32 am I prediabetic how to reduce that one I have gained weight also I'm attaching the images of the report and my hscrp is 6.77 is that danger

Take salad 15minutes before meals n chew it very well Eat mushroom twice or thrice a day n before having, keep it in sun 15 minutes before to increase vit d

Nothing to worry. All is well.your weight is good according to your height.you are not prediabetic . if you have any kind of phobia like I am pre diabetic or you are gaining weight then do this. :- do skipping daily for 15 min. :-do yoga empty stomach in morning . :- drink leukiwarm water. :-do not eat extra sugar or fried streat  food. :- take sun bath daily means sitt one or two hr in sun light ,drink milk. (For vit D)

Not it’s easy to control your blood sugar Just focus on your diet and it’s totally depends on exercise Do more physical work as your metabolic rate will increase body starts consuming glucose so it’s totally based on exercise for now

Avoid potatoes,  rice and sugar.. Do walk for 30 minutes daily.. Take vit d capsule twice a week , total 16 capsules. Take proper counseling to clear all ur doubts
