As per routine lab checkup, few things are high. Like
Cardio c-rea.ction protein is. 1.95
RBC count. 5.76
RDW. 14.10
ALP. 130
Potassium 5.17
Triglycerides. 188
HDL. 36.5
Vldl. 37.6
Non HDL. 134
HbA1c 6.6 with 143 avg
T4 total 11.9 near to border.
Well I am taking Yograj gugul for shoulder pain. And Dabur Dulabi (not regular).
My main concern is how to decrease t4 and HBA1C and Cardio c-reaction protein
