Hba1c 6 and glycolated blood sugar 124
Recently during annual check I came to know my hba1c increased to 6 last year it was 5.5 I have gained weight also along with pcos how to reduce tat and my glycolated blood sugar is 124 FBS is 92 wat it means I'm trying to reduce my weight it can be reversed in how many days

If you do treadmill 20 min for a weak then you will reduce 1 kg in a weak. Do not do any kind of dieting. Avoid extra sugar ( like sweets)and fried things :- Do skipping atleast 20 min daily :- do two yoga anulom vilom and kapalbhati daily empty stomach.

Its on border line.. Avoid sugar, rice and potatoes completely.. Exercise daily for half an hour.. Sleep well.. Be stress free..
