You can take this tablet once in a day.specially take it before sleep at night.if you don't get any kinde of result with in 15 days then you can consult here.
:-Be positive in life becouse all is temporary in this life.
:- stay away from negative things and negative thoughts.
:- start doing meditation at night before sleep.( for any question related to meditation you can consult here.).
:-Do not waste time start moving in your life .and start ignore negative things and negative people.because your life is very important for you.
