Intense moisturizer
My allopathy doctor had prescribed me with venusia max lotion which is intense moisturizer cream. My skin is very itchy. When i use the cream i get relief but when i stop itching starts again. Can i get some ayurvedic alternative cream for intensly moisturizing my skin.

If you want to moisture your body then massage your body before one hr bath with mustered oil. Or if you can not massage then apply mustered oil after bath.you will not feel any kind of itching on your body. Second:- maintain hygiene .when you wash your clothes then putt half spoon of dettol in water.

You can use body oil, like Dhanwantharam tailam , eladi keram to get snigdatha(moisturising effect) on body. Take more water, Do a virechana to get blood purification.

Some major reason for itching are vata or kapha or infection in sweat glands or small germs on skin due to ph issue or blood related. Skin dryness indicates ur Constitution is of Vata type. External application will give only temporary solution. Get evaluates properly and correct the root cause. You may need procedures like snehapana, virechana after proper assessment for long term relief.

Apply 100% virgin coconut oil overnight every day. And also shatdhauta ghrita. If very severe apply lippu oil and 777 ointment.
