Hi Start this medicine: - Neeri  kft syrup 2 table spoon after breakfast  lunch and dinner.  ( Amil company)  . :- keep someone  pain killer near you ( if you feel pain then take other wise avoid it). :- Do not take tea,chane ki dal,bringle vegitable or any kind of fruit and vegitables which have garm tasir.
