High cholestrol & Low Vitamin D
Hello, my name is varun and age 31. I was diagnosed with high cholestrol and low vitamin d in Dec 2022. Started ayurvedic treatment Lipomap, Arjunin and Ashwagandha. Cholestrol levels have improved but still not in desired range. Vitamin D is 20 ng/ml. No other health issue. Sugar levels are normal, bp is normal, liver parameters are normal, thyroid parameters are normal, hscrp is below 1.5, hb1ac is 5.2. I brisk walk atleast 90 minutes everyday. Please advise? Attached report of lipid profile. Upper one is 3 months ago report and lower one is latest report.

Hi Nothing to worry your problem can be cure easily so do not take any kind of tension .if you already taking ayurvedic medicine stop these medicine and start this.:- :-Take arjun arisht ( ptanjli pharmacy) 3 table spoon arjun arisht mix with 3 table spoon water.take it 2 times in a day after breakfast and dinner. :- eat 2 kali of garlic ( lehsun ) empty stomach in morning. For vitamin D you can start :- Mahayograj gugul after lunch 2 tablet after lunch. Take these medicine regular for one month and repeat test

Start proper ayurvedic medicine.. To get rid of this problem permanently.. For vit d i preferably say take allopathic,  to get quick results..

You are seeing slow result because treatment is one way only...medicine you are taking are reducing your cholesterol from blood but...the reason due to which your cholesterol has increased is not getting cured or rate of improvement is slower. For understanding root cause like which dosha dhatu are involved, i need more detail of your body and habits

So still after 3 months your are Dyslipidemic. Means your cholesterol levels are abnormal. I think you basically need to plan your diet and exercise or workout schedules with this type of cholesterol profile. Again for your knowledge there is a very deep connection between dyslipidemia and low D3, as they are two side of the same coin. Ayurveda, has a deep line of thought, here as it consider both as kapha pradoshaj vikar in Rakta - blood. this kapha is the one generated from your indigested food. so, after giving proper history you should try to do panchkarma body detox procedures, as needed.
