Low vitamin d
Hi, my vitamin d levels are very low as low as 12. Despite of taking regular sunlight, it is not improving. People say that I am not able to absorb vitamin d, that is reason vitamin d is not rising. I had IBS in the past. How to absorb vitamin d How to naturally raise Vitamin d to right levels?

Dear Friend 1)Dont worry you donot have any disease it is just condition of body. 2)If vit D is 12 than what ate the problem s you have? 3)  just start Tab.Boniheal 1 tab 2 times (aimil) 4)Syp.Balarishta (DP)15ml 2 times with water. 5)cap.Florasante(Himalaya)1 cap 2 times.
