Low stomach acid
I have low stomach acid, Low HCl (Hypochlorhydria). Which means I have low pitta Please tell warm food items and medicines which can be beneficial and increase stomach acid? (Foods which increases heat).

U can take kichdi addi clove, and black pepper to it.and bada elachi also . Use  beetroot vegetables in ur diet.aur add these ingredients in ur daily routine diet

U may  try vaiswanara choona 5 gm with buttermilk twice daily before food..why u worry about acid heat producing items.
