Hi, there are many reasons modern doctors give antibiotics and based on the condition you may have to use those medicines, but frequent use may weaken your immunity 1) Take fresh healthy protein rich food 2) Take vitamin C rich food which includes fruits which suits your body, even during antibiotics use also 3) Take yogurt or buttermilk when ever possible at day time for gut protection 4) do exercise daily with lung capacity enhancing pranayama Regarding medicines you can use TRIPHALA powder 1/4 th tsp in milk or buttermilk,  honey or water
Next Steps
you can consult an ayurvedic doctor for your infection, for which  a  preventive treatment can be started in time

Immunity cannot be improved overnight. There is no medicine which can directly improve your immunity just by taking a small course of it. Rather immunity is an ongoing process which is gained by diet, lifestyle and support of immuno modulating medicines. If you want to boost your immunity, you have to target the most affected system first. For example, if you are getting frequent infections in your respiratory track, then you have to manage it by increasing the health conditions of your lungs and upper respiratory track. Yoga pranayama and cleansing detoxifications techniques also helps you to enhance immunity. If you can specify the type of infection, you are facing, then it will be easy for us to guide you in that way. If your allergies are related to skin then use of haridra khand is helpful Antibiotics are to be used only after a diagnostic test which is called as culture and sensitivity test. In modern clinical practice, it has been seen in multiple cases that most of the doctors just prescribe an antibiotic without culture test. Such a prescription can lead to drug abuse (antibiotic abuse). Frequent use of such unauthorised antibiotics is going to make you resistant to such antibiotics. Antibiotics not only depress the growth of infection, but also they can cause adverse drug reactions. Always use antibiotics carefully so as to avoid damage to the immune system.
Next Steps
Green tea, A,BC juice (aloe vera, beetroot carrot) can also help you to promote immunity, In general use of Amla, turmeric, Tulasi, black pepper, honey and ginger are considered as natural remedies to improve your immunity. A great combination of herbs like Chavanprash can increase your immunity. Use of guduchi or amritavalli can also improve immunity.
Health Tips
It is always necessary to take any of these supplements, medicine preparations with proper guidance of an Ayurvedic doctor so as to fix the proper dosage and choice of drug

Immunity is directly promotional to our lifestyle. It is compared with agni in Ayurveda. As to light a bonfire you need a set of dried wood, some oil and a matchbox similarly to boost your Immunity you need exercise, a mix of fibre, vitamins, protein, EFA's etc in a right mix. Don't just go on popping up pills or herbs to boost Immunity just cross check your lifestyle and do the needful.
Next Steps

Health Tips
Stress, continued anxiety, less sleep, are biggest hurdles in boosting immunity. Take care
