Frequent allergic rhinitis
Hi, From last 2 years I have been suffering from frequent bouts of allergic rhinitis, due to which the turbinates get swollen and one side is continuously blocked during the night and day even if there is no symptoms. Visited various doctors and taken different medicine from ayurvedic and homeopathic but no results. Now most doctors have said the reason for turbinates to swell up is because of a bad sinus infection and frequent allergic rhinitis attracts. Also taken a PNS CT scan and it just shows mild sinus infection and swelling of turbinates. So my question is how do I really increase my immunity? Also is Himalayas septilin nd bresol good nd worth trying? Or is there any other effective tablet to increase immunity and stop allergic rhinitis & sinusitis. Looking for your valuable advice as suffering from the past few years.

Without nasya or jal neti, it's almost impossible to cure rhinitis or sinusitis...along with this some medicines are also required. If it's remain untreated then definitely eye itching, weak eye sight, throat infection...then bronchitis, asthma etc will be next stage

First start two yoga atleast for 30 min I.e anulom vilom and kapalbhati. Second:- take the giloye stem 2 cm then crush it and boil in to water for 10 min on low heat in one glass of water. And drink that water two or three times in a day. 3rd:- when you go outside then put 2,3 drops of Desi ghee in both nostrils then go outside. 4th when you suffer with cough and cold then chew 3,4 black pepper and swello that ras for one min .it will irritate you for two three times after that you feel good.
