All children are definitely immuned with mothers milk. The reason behind your claim that breast milk has not done upto is not explained either. Hence unable to respond more.

Make sure to include foods with essential vitamins and minerals. Add mild quantities of proteins to your child’s diet. Try to steer clear of any kind of processed foods. When you have the opportunity, try to feed them a mid-morning soup, such as carrot and spinach soup. Add cow ghee in his diet daily.
