Low BP is a temporary condition and not a disease. You need to acknowledge this. So first of all, see that you are properly hydrated and nourished with proper nutrients all round the day. Again, all day low stemina, can be a sign of ama in blood. So consultation with panchkarma specialist can be helpful. I would prefer you having, Korean Ginseng as a supplement.
