Feeling Low Energy Like Tiredness Always
I am a lecturer in engineering college.. from past 1 and half year.. I feel always tired with low energy.. feeling like something is going to happen to me.. feeling like fever I checn fever.. feeling like breathless ness I check oxygen.. I have habit of checking no sugar and all.. last year I went for blood test all.. 2d echo.. bp was slightly high.. doctor telling it's anxiety I had vitamins d low.. doctor tells due to vitamin.d.. I have a fear.. feel low energy.. leg pain is more.. tiredness Kindly tell me.. what to do???

You have symptoms of anxiety ..if all reports are normal then nothing to worry just try some meditation and exercise or otherwise you need to consult Psychiatrist.
