Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,sprouts. Walk,yoga,exercise daily for an hour. Sleep for atleast six hrs a day  for relaxing. Practice good habbits ,manners of in ur daily routine.. Eat less spicy,less oily.Avoid fastfood,bakery food. Drink enough liquid,buttermilk,water.
