Ashwagandha for healthy mind
My dad is diabetic patients for 30 yrs and had stunt in heart... Lately my dad is been mentally disturbed... So i want to give him ashwagandha to improve his mental health...will ashwagandha affect his kidney...his creatine keeps fluctuating but it is safe... Kindly guide me

Instead  of ashwagandha  give him :-Medha vati 2 tablet before sleep at night. ( easily  available  at ptanjli medical store) :- do meditation  before sleep . :- go for walk daily ( morning  and evening)  .

Don't prescribe medicine on your own... You can give but not for longer period and not in high dose. Use for 1 month then give a gap of 2 months and then again use it
