Can I give ashwagandha ksm 66 to my father...he is 67 yrs... He has diabetes for 30 yrs and is been under medication and is under insulin for past 10 yrs...

Share his problem like is he feeling weakness etc.Then we can suggest you something. If he has no problem then do not use ashwagandha. Avoid self medication. If he need some medicine for immunity booster then you can consult here with any physician.
Why you want to give ashwagandha to him? If it is for rasayan, then for different conditions and systems we have different rasayan dravyas in ayurveda. It is not like that ashwagandha will be good in all conditions.
