Hi
Take some fresh leaves of neem and take fresh kachi haldi.wash them and dry for few hrs.after that grind both things separately. And make small tablet of these powder ( like a tablet form) and then take one one tablet daily empty stomach in morning with water.( it act as a blood purifier) .
Second :- if you have rashes then apply this:-
Multani mitti+ kachi haldi powder+ honey apply that part where skin effected. And when dry then wash.
OR if skin is dark no rash then apply it
Coconut oil + fresh alovera gel and apply for 10 to 15 mint on dark skin.

See, your blood allergy is a sort of response of your immune system to the allergen. the figures you have mentioned are mostly the immunoglobulins, that are produced by the body, to combat that aggressive response.
Ayurveda, says à¤à¤«à¥à¤¶à¥ à¤à¤£à¥à¤¡à¥ - so without kapha, no itching or allergies or eczema or psoriasis happens. even having dyslipidemia and high tryglyceride is an accumulation of Kapha in the body.
Please go through a virechan detox program, it would help the situation.
