Can I use crest 3D whitening paste for mild yellow teeth. It is safe to use for teeth I can't go go for bleach in covid situation.. I don't want to take risk

My upper jaw teeth is paining and there is bit of swelling on that side of cheek also. Are these related?

My dentist told me I need Braces for 10 months, it has already been 5 months and I can see no big difference.

I have tooth cap both side in upeer jaw after crt done 14 year back I thought there is Infection and take anitbiotic medicine bye dentist  .No pain during chewing only heaviness feeling now crackling sound is much common I. Ear and ear blocking experience tightness above ear side forehead also experienced is it TMJ issue ,stress aur muscle weakness . Currently I am taking antiallergic medicine.
