Any home remedy plz to neutralize it?I have taken lysoflam after dinner 2 hrs before but no relief..shall i take acceclofenac too? It is broken,cavity.

I have Left side TMJ arthralgia since 5 weeks. I am on painkillers, hot fomentation and volini gel. Symptoms have improved but not completely. OPG shows impacted wisdom tooth on both sides. Can wisdom tooth be the reason for it? I consulted orthodontist also who said teeth alignment is fine. No direct or indirect trauma to the joint. I am worried. Observed this lump in mouth 3 days ago. It is not hard or painful but seems like a skin tag or veiny. Veins are also visible on it and it bleeds on abrasion. First I thought it is because of trauma because of recent severe pharyngitis but to I see a white line on its edge. Please tell what can it be, should I be worried about it
