Any home remedy plz to neutralize it?I have taken lysoflam after dinner 2 hrs before but no relief..shall i take acceclofenac too? It is broken,cavity.

Broken cavity should be treated as soon as possible. Because if not treated properly it may lead to more problems.

The thing is no home remedy can give you permanent relief from pain.. It is better you show it to your dentist nearby, Get an x-ray done, ask for necessary treatment to save your teeth from further infection, pain and distress... If infection is there and the tooth can be saved by root canal treatment, Post-core and Cap, then that is a very better treatment for you... If there is no hopes to save it, then Extraction of tooth is only the final resort... Take your wise decision. Thank you...

For pain relief, if mild yu can take Acecloren-P If unbearable Ketorol-DT can be taken. However, clinical and radiographic examination by the dentist would be necessary for antibiotics.
