Good afternoon mam,
I have gone through your description.
If you have pain due to decayed tooth, you should go for dental xray to evaluate any infection in tooth.
More over medicines gives you temporary relief.
For decayed tooth you should go for proper treatment options.
If you want to take medicines for temporary relief:-
Capsule Mox 500Mg 3 times a day for 3days.
Tablet Brufen 400Mg 3 times a day for 3 days.
(Avoid medicines if you have allergy from penicillin and ibuprofen).
Proper medication can only be suggested upon examination.
I would suggest you to video consult or visit dentist for that.
In the meantime start lukewarm salt water rinse thrice daily and medicated mouthwash rinse twice daily.
If you see a cavity you can apply pain out gel inside the cavity for some relief.
