your history seems you mayhave cavitation due to dental caries....if the cavitation is small, then you need to go for simple filling...If the cavity is deeper reaches innermost layer(PULP) you need to undergo root canal treatment...
Get X_RAY(IOPA) of the involved tooth done â¦

Hello,
You should visit a dentist immediately and get the treatment done. If the tooth has become black it could possibly mean that the tooth is not vital. You should also give proper history weather the tooth was hit by an accident or was it black for a long time.
