Tooth and Mouth Problems

My friend is 17 years and she has one gum boil on the top and the gums are red she doesn't brush on time and this boil has occurred all of a sudden

Today i had logenz strepsils put in my side mouth, after some time, i got white flaky skin, when i licked it, it got wiped,even when i moved my finger it came out, i am worried as i have recently been dealing with hyperpigmentation, please help me to identify if its not leukoplakia. I dont smoke,nor do i eat tobacco.

3.5 year old kid has discoloured teeth (slight black) has first molar ache please prescribe mouth rinser for kids

Mild pain in the right jaw only when moving or if pressed on the outside. Do I need to worry too much?

My lower row of teeth has calcium like deposits in the joining of two teeths in the bottom side. Iam unable to explain clearly. i also couldnt brush with pressure as sometimes i get blood(very little). How to rectify this.attached the photo of my teeth

I have  posted earlier about my Constant jaw and neck pain which is ongoing for an year now. This post is about the tongue. I have used a new mouth wash recently (for the last 4 days). That's the new thing I did. I noticed some redness and swelling at the base of my tongue. It's red and looks swollen. It feels itchy and very sore. It feels like skin bruised when I run my tongue over that area. Is this normal or should I go to dentist immediately? Nothing was spotted before and this redness appeared  on Wednesday when I woke up. I took ibuprofen for last 2 days and redness reduced. The mild swelling is still present. I see my underside of the tongue as greyish and darker than before.  Is this normal? I also feel burning sensation on the throat and tongue upper side.I do have reflex issues. this is reflex or because of that mouth wash?taking tagamet for reflex Is this something serious? My dad had undergone a session of RCT in two teeth in the upper jaw , after that he got covid and further sessions couldn't be completed. Now his tooth ache has begun again and the tooth has turned blackish.. he is diabetic and was on steroids. Can it be black fungus infestation ?

I have been dealing with ear pain, ringing , ear clogged and fullness, lower jaw pain under the ear lobe and neck for more than an year now..been to ent, physician, neurologist and multiple dentists and dental specialists. Saw an OMFS and he said it's MPDS.seeing a PT now and doing dry needling in Scm and surrounding muscles around tmj since March.Feel like something poking through and stuck in the throat constantly.pt didn't help yet. I have biting pressure sensitivity on one Tooth on lower side.Tooth 46 hurts Sensitive for tapping and biting pressure sensitivity on it. dentist suspect tooth root fracture and took CbcT . it's clear. did root canal for sensitivity. no changes in symptoms. still the same. dentist still suspect there could be a root fracture and asked me to extract that Tooth. he said it's a guess and try that to see if it helps. he also said might or might not help with my constant jaw pain and neck pain.does trigger point cause tooth bite sensitivity?I can't bite on it

So i have noticed a whitish spot on some pimple(yellow circle in picture one) in my left inner cheek, and also the area near the end turning brownish(red circle), why is it happening? M i having fungal infection? I have wisdom tooth on left side since a year, this never happened.. 2nd pic is attached image of right inner cheek. My right buccal mucosa also has brownish spot, I dont smoke, eat tobaco or drink much.. In right side both the wisdom tooth are impacted hence dentist said to extract them which i will. But m worried about these brown spots, it initially started in right side, now same happening in left side too.. Please advice

Recently i had observed its turning brownish, now i see petachiae over it as well.. is it something serious? No smoke drink tobacco history.. I has wisdom tooth in that side since a year or so , previously i had marked petachiaes but this time its brown spot too.. Pls help
