Tooth and Mouth Problems

What can cause a cracked mark/depression lesion in buccal mucosa? No cheek bite, there was a dental filling whitish in the first molar(when i scratch that or when the dental check happened recently up revealed it was not smooth, edges of the filling were not smooth and there was sharpness, can that cause this? This ulceration is there since a month. Forget about pigmentation, i am okay with that.. But all the problems started after the dental filling, nothing was there before... I dont eat tobacco, smoke or drink.. Should I go for biopsy?

Today My baby falls from bed and having cut between her lips and teeth gums pl. Suggest if there any major problem or it will fix itself. She is in normal condition playing laughing

Is it elongated Styloid Process? I feel pain mandible lower jaw border and sometimes throat irritation.. something mild ear Pain also. Past I had acid reflux. Now endoscopy is normal.But last few days my mandible pain becomes worse. Mostly right side and sometimes left side also.

How long after double jaw surgery I can open my mouth completely I am one month post op and my swelling in my cheeks seems to me it's pulling specially on the right side hope it's not dysesthesia attached is my latest OPG..

Last year I had impacted and infected lower wisdom tooth, which further infected my adjacent lower right molar , although I got wisdom tooth removed through surgery and about 5 months after, I got RCT for lower right molar .In final sitting of RCT my doctor told me that my tooth is very much infected and , she is not sure for how long RCT will help, so she advised me to keep the tooth without crown for atleast a year and see if it settles on its own. Currently my molar has RCT and covered with permanent filling. But the problem which I am facing is that when ever I am eating anything sweet or drinking soda , my RCT tooth pains a little and I feel pressure on the jaw and mild swelling on the same side of cheek. It's completely uncomfortable feeling. I want to know what could possibly be the problem for this and what further treatment should I go for.
