Hello.. Tooth Pain can be due to various reasons. You will require an x-ray of the tooth for for proper diagnosis. Depending on the x-ray, treatment will be advised. Please visit a dentist at the earliest to get your treatment done. Further delay might increase the pain and severity. Swelling in the gums can be because of abscess or inflammation. Root canal treatment along with abscess drainage is required.
