Stains can only be removed by proper cleansing of teeth. I.e scaling of tooth.
After scaling try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day and use mouthwash.
Toothpaste alone won't give you proper results.

Hi !! Tobacco stains on teeth are often difficult to remove . The stains have settled deep into the teeth ( enamel ) and often will penetrate to the outer layer of the dentin. These stains can be removed with professional teeth cleaning and whitening.
Next Steps
You should definitely visit dentist who can advise you professional cleaning and other treatment modalities depending on how deep the stains are.
