Stains can only be removed by proper cleansing of teeth. I.e scaling of tooth.
After scaling try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day and use mouthwash.
Toothpaste alone won't give you proper results.

Hello. Consumption of Tabaco results in staining on teeth and unclean teeth. Such stains cannot be eliminated by only brushing and require professional treatment.

Gutka stains cannot be removed by normal brushing!
Scaling i.e. getting your teeth cleaning with a machine at a dentist's clinic is definitely advisable.
Next Steps
cleaning might not be done only in one sitting but might require two or more depending on the stains and deposits

Hi !! Tobacco stains on teeth are often difficult to remove . The stains have settled deep into the teeth ( enamel ) and often will penetrate to the outer layer of the dentin. These stains can be removed with professional teeth cleaning and whitening.
