Hlo sir….the stain on your teeth can be because of caries or smoking (if u do so) and other food habits also like tea and coffee.
But as u have not shared the pictures we can’t figure it out alone with the given msg.
For tarter U can go for regular scaling and polishing and also get it checked for caries also if u experience any sensitivity in the molar.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist get the required treatment done in time.
U need to go for a regular scaling and polishing from your dentist. The dark stains might be dental caries. Can’t be sure as u have not shared any pictures.
The stains on your molar teeth can occur due to extrinsic staining, plaque accumulation, certain foods/beverages, tobacco use, or sometimes due to changes within the tooth itself. Tartar (calculus) is hardened plaque and cannot be completely removed by regular brushing.
Next Steps
I recommend a professional dental cleaning/scaling to remove the tartar and superficial stains. After examination, your dentist can determine whether the stains require any additional treatment such as polishing or further investigation.
Health Tips
Brush twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste and clean between your teeth regularly. Avoid trying to scrape tartar off yourself, as this can injure the gums or damage the tooth surface. If the stains do not improve after professional cleaning, get them examined to rule out decay or intrinsic discoloration.
