Tooth and Mouth Problems

For past 1 month, episodic swelling of gums and uneasiness associated with it, unusual frequency, non specific locations. There is no other associated symptom or any history of trauma or pain.

The front teeth are decaying and foods are being attached in the decaying part of teeth. It is black in colour. Can you suggest me what should I do?

I am having severe pain near the end of the mouth. I feel that it is because wisdom tooth is coming but I am not quite sure. I experience similar pain once in a couple of months but this time it is too severe and swollen from the side. Today blood is also coming out while brushing my teeth. I apply ice for the time being it is settled down but again it starts. Kindly suggest to me any good pain killer or any liquid to wash my mouth.

But I also have tooth fillings in my molars. Is the electric toothbrush safe to use on them? Or will the vibrating motion erode the fillings as well?
