Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hii doctor am having difficulty in swallowing since two and half month of more now what am seing in my mouth is enlargement of circumvallet papilla what to do now

I have jaw joint pain in right side also that makes my eyes and head to pain .there is always pressure on my right eye and I feel like clenching my teeth . there is clicking sound in my jaw joints. Please help me with this.

Hi I had developed pain in my left ear so consulted a ENT specialist. He examined the ear and said it's absolutely fine. He then examined by jaw and told me it's TMJ arthralgia. Pain in ear referred from TMJ. It's almost 10 days now. Pain is still there not severe but dull and constant. I am taking soft diet and hot fomentation. I took painkillers for a week. Wish to know how much time it takes for it to heal? Anything more needs to be done.

My gum is bit red over a tooth root canal 5 months earlier is it because i had hard almonds yesterday or ot might be some other issues.. please help

Upper left teeth and nose pain I went to the dentist for this reason He taken the xray and the teeth bone was nice An antibiotic is given to relieve the pain They are doxy XT, Diclomol They did not ease the pain for me   Then he said you were post covid   So to confirm if there is Black fungus Then I met the ENT doctor He had an endoscopy of his nose and was    diagnosed with no black fungus Regardless of dental problem and ENT problem I do not understand why this pain occurs

I had chickenpox earlier in the childhood,what is the relation between chickenpox and dental problems. I have jaw joint pain with headache,ear pain and eye pain also my dentist told me that I have impacted wisdom teeth. So is it because I had chickenpox earlier?

I posted earlier for hyperpigmentation (after dental checkup they said its due to physiological reasons) and nothing to worry about. But i have observed first redness comes up then after that slowly in some they brownish patch forms up, no pain, only that area feels sour to taste. In my right buccal mucosa, it was there now its happening in left too. Apart from this i have found K. Pneumonia bacteria heavy growth in my sputum, and esionophils are high too and after doing a pft it showed early small airway obstruction but reversibility is there. Why can be the pigmentation occuring? Is it because of the pneumonia? Attached the image(left and right), and btw that lower wisdom tooth is there since 2-3 years so I don't think that is causing the problem..

I get white bump on palate sometimes. Do I need to visit Dentist or ENT ?  Its feels bigger sometime and most of time I don't feel my tongue touching it

I had granular pharyngitis and currently under medication. i do gargle thrice and steam twice everyday. Two days back i started feeling jaw pain and some clicking noise were heard when i opened my mouth for gargle. Today also i am feeling the clicking sound but there is slight pain. I asked my ent doctor who was treating me for granular pharyngitis and he said its mild TMJ problem and gave me a pain killer (to be consumed when there is pain). So i want to ask is the pain killer enough or should i take some other steps and its is curable or not?
