Even after brushing twice a day regularly, I have a constant cavity issue and many a time a tooth breaks into small particles.
What do I do. To conduct root canal for every teeth is very expensive.
Could you please suggest, the reason behind this. If the root cause is defined I can work on it.

Hi,
Pictures will be needed to come to a conclusion or you may consult online.
In the meantime start using fluoritop mouthwash, rinse mouth with 5 ml mouthwash after dinner.
It will help strengthen the upper layer.
Please attach photographs of effected tooth for more clearity.
If you are having some cavities then brushing alone won't help you, you need to get them restored properly. So better to consult doctor online or offline for more treatment options.
