Fractured/Loose Tooth
My Anterior Cap (Downside) Became Loose But Not Detached,My Dentist Advised Me To Wait As He Is Doubting Partial/Full Fracture.But My Surrounding Tooth Also Are Capped.Now I'm Afraid That I Have To Remain Without Tooth As It Can't Be Bridged?

There is always an option..Don't worry..You can go for dental implants after extraction of Fractured tooth..Or side teeth cap/crowns get removed and then dental bridge can be made.
