Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having dental from last 7 days what I do please suggest medicine and treatment.for recovery and pain relief

I would like to know how apical periodontitis treated? I have constant jaw pain under the ear lobe and neck since May 2020. I went to multiple doctors and dentists. No relief yet.X-ray normal &dentist spot tooth 46hurts for tapping&biting pressure sensitivity on it. It was so sensitive for biting. I was chewing on it and didn't feel any Sensitivity at home. Felt that sensitivity only in that visit.i was chewing normally on it till that day. He said it could be root fracture. Took CbcT. Nothing found. Told me to get root canal for sensitivity biting pressure. Had Rct in September and crown on Nov. Still the same symptoms for tapping and biting pressure on it. No changes in that.Does root canaled tooth takes such a long time to heal? Why still the same biting pressure sensitivity and tapping pressure? Does it indicate a fracture? My dentist said it could be fracture&asked me to extract it. He said he suspect and might be wrong too.Endo said my PDL was widened in 1st xray before Rct.

My buccal mucosa first turns red like this and them later when redness subsides, it becomes dark, first black then it diffuses to light brown pigmentation. I have no bad habits. Please help? Is it fungal infection? It also started to happen in my left cheek as well, though its small... I have visited multiple dentists, they saying only physiological pigmentation, but how come its increasing :(. Help me..

I have bad breath problem. It's been more than 4 years. I am suffering from it. I have tried consulting dentist. But is of no use.

Is it possible to Develop TMJ Disorder from acid reflux ( GERD) ? Because in past I had acid reflux but now it's been 4 months I am suffering right side low jaw bone pain, throat discomfort.

Laat month i was having pain in my mouth. So I went to the dentist ans they got my tooth extracted as it was infected. Now i m having the same pain inside mouth. I dont understand why it is still paining. Is it because of the extraction or some other reason??

It's been 4 months my right side mandible lower jaw border pain and sometimes left side also.. and right side throat discomfort sometimes..I have done 4 times endoscopy and I had acid reflux but now endoscopy showing normal. I have also done X ray reverse Towne View digital for elongated Styloid Process check up but my Ent doctor saying it is not much longer.. now I am taking Gabaneuron NT100 tab for lower jaw bone pain. What should I do now? Should I go for CT? I am very nervous and scared.
