I had a pain in my broken Premolar a couple of days ago, followed by swelling on the right cheek. I was given paracetamol and Amoxycilin and was advised for tooth extraction. The pain went away instantly but I am still having swollen cheek. Also I had covid a month ago, As one side swelling is also a symptom of black fungus, so I am concerned. I am not diabetic and was not given any steroids. As of now I don't have any pain, just swelling. Attaching pictures of xray and swelling. Is this an abscess or something serious?

Hi i have recovered from covid it has been 40 days Now i have lot of pain in due to my wisdom teeth i have suffered from this before and i take medicines so it stopped now again its started to increase.i have only one pain killer at home right now  Aceclofenac and paracetamol tablets should i take this??

Should i use Aclefenoc paracetamol as painkiller due to lot pain due to wisdom teeth I have no other option other than that

My wisdom tooth is coming out . it taking too much time and randomly anytime pain starts on that area. This time is the worst. It is really pain full. On that area jaw is swelled and is getting pressed by upper tooth which is also making pain unbearable. I am from village so there are no good dentists.
