I would advise you to consult an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for your concerns since the functioning of your TM joint needs to be checked clinically after which most likely you will be advised to get an OPG done to see your TM joints. Get diagnosed and treated soon to avoid invasive procedures for the management of the same.
