Please get it evaluated clinically. It's very difficult to diagnose it like this and might lead to misdiagnosis and treatment plan.

Temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) is a condition that affects the jaw joint and can cause symptoms such as jaw pain, side face pain, and difficulty opening and closing the jaw. If you suspect you have TMJ, it's important to schedule an appointment with a dentist or a TMJ specialist to receive a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Non-surgical treatment options for TMJ include: Physical therapy: exercises to stretch and strengthen the muscles of the jaw, neck, and shoulders Splint therapy: wearing a custom-made oral splint to relax the jaw muscles and reposition the jaw Medications: to help manage pain and inflammation Lifestyle changes: such as avoiding hard or chewy foods, and reducing stress In addition to above mentioned procedure, you can also manage TMJ symptoms by avoiding activities that put stress on the jaw, such as chewing gum or biting your nails, and practicing good posture to ensure that your jaw is in a neutral position. It's worth noting that most cases of TMJ can be effectively managed with non-surgical treatments. However, in some cases, surgery may be necessary to correct structural issues in the jaw joint. Your dentist will be able to advise you on the best course of action based on your specific case.
