According to the pictures it looks like a mucocele. Basically has mucous within so there is absolutely nothing to worry. This basically occurs due to trauma or lip biting. Treatment- Please get it removed by laser. It’s bloodless, with little or no discomfort.
Next Steps
Consult a dental surgeon
Health Tips

Hi. According to your chief complaint and the pictures shown below, this looks like a Mucocele, which is a small pouch like structure filled with saliva. Since you are having a recurrent occurence of mucocele, I would advise you to visit your nearest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and get it removed. In my opinion and experience, alternative medicine has no role in treating a mucocele.
Next Steps
Visit Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon as early as possible to get the mucocele removed.
Health Tips
Till you get it removed, avoid bursting it on your own and avoid any kind of trauma to that area. Maintain your oral hygiene.
